The Cake

Both vegans, Rachael and Sarah had an all-vegan, three-tiered cake made for their special day. The top and bottom layers were vanilla with strawberry mousse filling and the middle layer was chocolate with raspberry mousse filling. Going right along with their theme, the white frosted cake was covered with fondant cherry blossoms and branches.
