The Cake

The cake featured two flavors -- carrot cake with no nuts and extra raisins (Erin's favorite) and chocolate marble cake (Joe's favorite). Although we were having a small wedding, I still wanted the big cake! Erin says. The considerate couple had the entire confection sliced and boxed up in Chinese takeout containers embossed with their initials. Erin and Joe even had a little for breakfast the next morning.
