“Tom designed our wedding cake on a piece of loose-leaf paper and brought his idea to Montilio’s Bakery,” says Caitlin. “They delivered with a spot-on match of Tom’s drawing.” The four-tiered carrot cake was frosted in buttercream and decorated with orange buttercream roses and a flowing fondant sash.
