The Bride's Strapless, Full-Skirted Hayley Paige Wedding Dress and Half-Up Hairstyle at Sunset

Noelle had her heart set on wearing a dress by designer Hayley Paige and quickly fell in love with the romantic, strapless "Kira" gown. The designer even sent a personalized sketch of Noelle wearing the dress, as "she welcomes a personal relationship with the girls she designs for," says Noelle. She had a difficult time finding the right veil to pair with it, so her best fried and matron of honor let her wear hers.
