Textured Ivory Wedding Cake, Gold Topper

This four-tier confection was covered with different textures, flavors and designs. Cakes by Gina separated the amaretto cake with raspberry filling and covered its four tiers in buttercream frosting. Then fun ruffles, sophisticated ribbed layers of frosting and Swiss dots to match Monica’s dress were all added to the design. A sweet, gold “to the moon and back” topper gave the convection a personal look.
