The Watters ball gown had a sweetheart neckline, delicate cap sleeves and a full skirt with subtle pleats and sheer stripes at the base. “The store said they had never sold the gown before,” says Jessica. “We added cap sleeves to finish the look and at the reception I added a rose gold belt for a little extra sparkle!”
