Stephanie and Chris pulled together their beautiful Cape Cod wedding in less than two months. The Bride Stephanie Ressel The Groom Chris Summersgill The Date August 29 Chris Summersgill knew that Stephanie Ressel Iriarte was the one from the moment she entered the room. But there was a catch: He lived in San Francisco and she lived in Guatemala. But he didn't let the distance deter him, and after a two-year courtship, he proposed with a ring he designed and made himself. They married in his parents' backyard after just seven weeks of planning.

The Ceremony Decor
The backyard was very green so we needed a little contrast, Stephanie says. My bouquet included white, peach and cream roses with some citrus greenery. We also had two simple white pedestals topped with bouquets of white hydrangea, white lilies, and a few red lilies.
The Couple
With their fast-paced planning timeline in mind, Stephanie chose a dress off the rack from Nordstrom. The Sue Wong design she wore was the very first dress she tried on, but since I was there, she was coy and tried on a number of other dresses, Chris laughs.
