Spring Cherry Blossom Wedding Cake

In the spring, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden comes alive with fragrant, pale pink cherry blossoms. With much of the wedding’s decor already drawing on the season and lush gardens for inspiration, Justina and Khai took the theme one step further and incorporate the beauty of the garden’s blooms in the design of their wedding cake. Charles Sally Charles created the perfect spring-inspired confection for the affair, decorating each of the cake’s four tiers with delicate fondant cherry blossoms.
