A simple, classic tiered white buttercream cake with cascading flowers was exactly what the bride wanted. "I was actually shocked by my decision to have a strawberry cake [with strawberry icing between the layers], but Simon Lee's was delicious and gave a pop of color to the all-white decor," says Paige.
