Hoping for good weather is always a gamble, the bride says, but the outdoor ceremony setting was too beautiful not to give it a shot! Brian and Sally attended the same church for years, even prior to meeting each other. Their pastor performed the ceremony.
Brian wore a champagne-color bow tie and vest.
The bridesmaids carried mini versions of Sally's compact colorful bouquet of roses, lilies, tulips, and fall berries.
The carrot-cake lovers chose a three-tier design covered with cream-cheese frosting and cascading fresh flowers.
Wearing an ivory satin, corseted gown that took all five of her bridesmaids to lace up, Sally entered the grassy ceremony area that was set up on a bluff. The bride's strapless Maggie Sottero gown was embellished with embroidery, Swarovski crystals, and bugle beads.
