Since Katy's not a huge cake eater, she had trouble justifying a big expense for a wedding cake she simply wouldn't eat. Instead, she enlisted the help of some of her friends to make a brownie bar, with tons of different flavors -- it was a hit! "Guests loved it, because between dances they could just go up and grab another brownie!" Katy says.
