Rustic DIY Dessert Table with String Lights

Karla’s mother, aunt and sister made lots of fun little bite-size desserts for the wedding. They made Mexican cookies, chocolate truffles, chocolate chip cookies and pizzelles (an Italian cookie, which was Nick’s grandmother’s recipe). They also brought in some Happy Cakes cupcakes, macarons and lemon bars. “Perhaps a bit overload on the dessert, but dessert is my favorite,” Karla says.
