Ruffled, Lace Essence of Australia Wedding Dress

"I wanted to wear a dress with lace, but I knew once we booked Camp Kiwanee, that it wasn't the place for a formal gown," says Lindsay. After browsing dresses on TheKnot.com, she spotted the Essence of Australia gown that she would eventually wear down the aisle. "It had a sweetheart neckline and layers of lace from top to bottom, no sparkles or gems, but beautiful detailed work that made it unique," says Lindsay. "It was also ivory, which was important to me. I felt that the overall feel of the wedding was too rustic to have stark white."
