“My first ever job was with a florist, so from a young age I knew I wanted a predominately white bouquet,” says Cathleen. “But white can be boring in Hawaii, so pale pink ginger was added to keep with the tropical vibe.” The unique element enlivened the bouquet’s more classic blooms — roses, anemones and stock accented with pale blue dusty miller.
