After the ceremony and spending time together reflecting on the bayou, Brooke and Paul hopped in an old Volkswagen microbus and rode to Salmen-Fritchie House in Slidell, Louisiana, where dinner and dancing awaited them. “It was the perfect retro touch,” Brooke says. “A Rolls-Royce just isn’t us.”
