Regina and J were married a in a traditional Catholic ceremony, followed by a reception at the Madrid Theatre. The two were living in Chicago and happened to meet while walking their dogs along the same route. The pooches and their owners became fast friends, which led to a first date that lasted for hours. Eight months later, J planned an elaborate scavenger hunt that culminated with a proposal at The Redhead Piano Bar.

A local band kept the dance floor packed.
The bride wore a fitted Jim Hjelm dress in pure white with silver beading across the bodice.
