Rebecca & Paul in Westhampton Beach, NY

Rebecca and Paul met not unlike many other couples -- through a mutual friend. Both Rebecca and Paul attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, where they were introduced freshman year. It wasn’t until the spring of their sophomore year that romance blossomed on their first date at a quaint Italian restaurant. Just two weeks before Christmas (and in their new home) Paul kneeled beside the Christmas tree and asked Rebecca to be his wife. I replied yes, of course, says Rebecca. Then we popped a bottle of our favorite champagne and spent the rest of the night sharing the news with our family and friends. The couple married a year later in an elegant wedding in Westhampton Beach.
