Raspberry Jam and Buttercream Wedding Cakes

Emily and Parker ordered their three wedding cakes from Wedge Community Co-op. Inside, they were chocolate, vanilla, chocolate with raspberry and marble. The outside was vanilla buttercream topped with raspberry jam. The couple made the cake stands themselves using plates, glue and spray paint. "If you can't find what you want, make it," Emily says.
