Natalie Jacobs (28 and an assurance manager) and Tevas Everett (28 and an entrepreneur) met as students at The University of Texas. Once engaged, the two landed on Beaver Creek, Colorado as the wedding location almost instantly, then the color palette materialized nearly as quickly: Natalie's rose gold engagement ring inspired the rose pink and gold-filled event. Preppy pops of lime, pink and navy blue added even more personalization. Guests rode to the scenic mountaintop ceremony in a chairlift or gondola. “It was the first time several of our guests had ever been on a lift,” Natalie says. “Everyone loved the experience. There were lots of snaps!” After an outdoor ceremony and reception, partygoers moved indoors to a room filled with trumpet vases and gold place settings, fashioned to balance the venue’s rustic interior. As a nod to their alma mater, the groom’s cake was a red velvet replica of UT's clock tower.
