Before the night was over, Erin and David surprised every guest with a visit from Hoffman’s Ice Cream truck! “We both love ice cream and were so happy we could incorporate it in this way,” Erin says. "We had a signature 'Smerini Twist' (a play on our last names) that was a vanilla and chocolate twist with rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream. He loves vanilla and I love chocolate.”
