“I wanted a light aquamarine cake with the Brooklyn Bridge winding around it. My baker and her team made my vision a reality. Some people want a huge wedding portrait of themselves above their mantle—I want a portrait of my wedding cake,” Sarah says. “The color was just right and my florist accented it with the biggest, most beautiful coral peonies that cascaded down the side. To me, it was perfection.”
