Patti and Anthony are two of a kind. Both grew up on the west side of Cleveland, each is the youngest of four children, and both come from strong Catholic upbringings. They didn’t meet, though, until their freshman year of high school, when they began to hang out in the same circle of friends. “Anthony was the boy I always shared jokes with,” says Patti. “We always made each other laugh.” It wasn’t until they were seniors that the two began to look at their relationship (and each other) a little differently.
