The pair worked with Limelight Catering to create a series of seasonal standout dishes that were big on flavor. Bite-size eats like charred shrimp tacos, truffled mac and cheese in Parmesan cones and watermelon cubes with burrata and aged balsamic vinegar were served during cocktail hour, while strawberry and peach salad, a duo of filet of beef and grilled shrimp, and vegan wild rice with caramelized onion lentil cakes, parsnip puree and grilled vegetable ratatouille went over big at dinner.
