Beautiful Scenery Surrounded This Wedding at The Inn at Mountain View Farm in East Burke, Vermont

As avid mountain bikers, Michael and Mike visit East Burke, Vermont every summer to ride the Kingdom Trails, staying at the Inn at Mountain View Farm. So, when it came to their wedding, they wanted to share the area’s rugged beauty with loved ones. The couple sent invitations in envelopes lined with a trail map, organized a morning bike ride and exchanged vows under a birch tree arch overlooking Willoughby Gap. Post-vows, Vermont craft beers from The Alchemist, Lawson’s Finest Liquids and Zero Gravity got the party started. Dahlias, zinnias, nasturtiums, lisianthus, and dusty miller filled the reception centerpieces. “We wanted lots of greenery with pops of color to reflect the wild, untamed beauty of the Northeast Kingdom,” Michael says. Michael and Mike wore custom suits and matching floral print accessories, watches and wingtip oxfords. The couple served a champagne raspberry and chocolate espresso blackberry cake with buttercream frosting.
