Orient Express Signature Cocktail

Stacey had a Christmas dinner at Spago in Beaver Creek and fell in love with a bourbon cocktail there. She loved it so much that one night, when her and Eric were in Washington, DC, they called the restaurant and asked for the ingredients. Since Eric loved it too, it was an easy decision for their signature cocktail. It included Makers Mark, cointreau, honey, lemon juice and ginger beer. “We named the cocktail after a chair lift in the back bowls in Vail called the Orient Express,” Stacey says. “To this day it’s still our favorite drink.” It was served with the custom monogrammed antler logo to tie it all together.
