One Couple's Glam White-and-Gold Wedding at The Lace House in Columbia, South Carolina

To celebrate their marriage, Maleeah and Jahlen hosted a glam white-and-gold spring wedding at The Lace House in Columbia, South Carolina. To complement the venue's beautiful greenery-filled garden space, the couple kept their color palette minimal and let neutral hues with pops of metallic shine. The couple even asked all their attendees to stick to an all-white dress code. And, in keeping with the bid day's lavish metallic vibes, Maleeah carried a non-floral bouquet made up completely of jeweled brooches! 

The wedding day began with a romantic wedding ceremony in which the ring bearer processed down the aisle with an adorable gold "ring security" briefcase. Maleeah recalls that walking down the aisle to marry Jahlen was the moment of the day she was most anticipating. Having loved ones gathered and celebrating with good food were a close second and third when it came to the most-anticipated moments of the South Carolina wedding day. 

Following the ceremony, the couple invited guests to join them for dinner at tables decorated with elegant taper candles and classic gold Chiavari chairs. Maleeah and Jahlen bonded over a shared love of cooking during the early days of their relationship so enjoying a meal with loved ones was an especially memorable part of their reception at The Lace House in Columbia, South Carolina. Then, to cap off their glam wedding on a festive note, the couple exited the event through a tunnel of sparklers.
