Nichole describes the day that John proposed to her as “the worst and best day I ever had.” The worst came first. John had surprised her by making plans to meet her family for a show on Valentine’s Day weekend. “I decided that I needed a new outfit for the special occasion, so I headed to the mall,” Nichole explains. While shopping, her purse was stolen. After calling John crying, the two decided to make the best of it.
