After four years of dating, James pulled out all the stops to create a memorable night for his girlfriend Neille's birthday. James served up a huge, chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal, topped with ice cream and a single birthday candle. “He told me I had to make a wish and blow out the candle,” remembers Neille. “I closed my eyes, wished that I would get engaged some time in the next year, and blew out the candle,” she says. When Neille opened her eyes, James replied, “Sometimes wishes do come true.” Then he dropped to one knee and proposed.
