Nautical-Themed Artisanal Cheese Display
When it came to the menu, the couple went for a mix of classic and comfort fare, serving up a selection of craft beer, mini hamburgers, chicken skewers and artisanal cheeses during cocktail hour. Dinner was a sit-down affair, with guests dining on pear and Gorgonzola salad, crab cakes and chicken, while enjoying views of Portland Harbor’s sparkling blue waters. Before hitting the dance floor, guests indulged in an assortment of homemade cookies made by Matt’s mother at the couple’s cookie bar.
