Natalie met Matt through a mutual friend when out at an Irish pub in Gainesville. It was a low-key introduction, but Matt had much more elaborate plans when it came time to propose. The couple walked all day in the cold, and eventually ended up at the top of Rockefeller Center. With the lights of the city sparkling around them, Matt got down on one knee and asked Natalie to marry him. Once the couple returned to Florida they decided to get married right in Gainesville, where they and most of their family and friends live.
