Naked Wedding Cake with Fresh Berries

Dessert is Trey’s favorite part of every meal, and it was important to him that the cake looked as good as it tasted! A naked cake was the way to go for their rustic, natural wedding: It was a three-tiered carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting and drizzled caramel sauce with fresh flowers and berries on top. Also, their cake was totally gluten-free!
