Moody Boho Campground Wedding in Columbus, Ohio

Julia Hypes (32 and a NICU nurse) and Will Johnston (32 and a chef) met when they opened a restaurant together, so food has always been a big part of their relationship. For their wedding, Will designed a menu of passed apps inspired by their families’ favorite dishes, like the rock shrimp Julia always got on childhood vacations to Florida. The reception, held on a campground and inspired by the movie 'Chocolat' included a mobile bar and multiple cakes from a bakery in Julia’s hometown.
Moody letterpress invitations on handmade paper previewed the lush, boho-style affair.
Julia carried an eye-catching bouquet of dahlias, mums, scabiosa, roses and astrantia, all tied with raw silk ribbon.
