Monogrammed Ice Sculpture
Capitale catered the whole event with an array of delicious hors d'oeuvres. In addition to a monogrammed ice sculpture with caviar and salmon, there were also slider, ravioli and sushi, Peking duck and carving stations. Passed appetizers were also served with everything from tomato soup shots to baby lamb chops provencale, marinated steak on garlic toast and tuna tartare on a wonton crisp with avocado mousse.
