After Monica and William said their I dos, guests enjoyed a Mariachi band outside the chapel, while the newlyweds and their wedding party took a mix of formal and candid pictures inside. Once the last shot was snapped, the Mariachi band led the 60-person party through the streets of Santa Fe to the reception. Looking the part, Monica wore a strapless, A-line Maggie Sottero gown with a corset-style back. She chose soft pink shoes with crystal beading and pearl teardrop earrings to complement her classic look.

Two flamenco dancers performed while guests indulged in dessert -- wedding cake filled with a chocolate layer with minted chocolate ganache, an apricot orange layer with tangerine butter cream frosting, and a spiced cake layer with cinnamon caramel butter cream frosting. It was absolutely delicious, recalls Monica.
Held under a canopy at La Posada Resort, the colorful reception embodied a sophisticated autumn vibe. Each table was draped with bronze organza fabric and decorated with hurricane vases filled with coffee beans, pillar candles, and a floral mixture of orchids, roses, gerbera and ivy. The coffee beans really gave a nice aroma throughout the reception, Monica says.
