In honor of Katey's Italian heritage, the couple incorporated a traditional dessert bar into their reception. "Since we had a destination wedding, we knew that we couldn't have family back and serve on their own recipes so we had cookies that represented some of our favorite things—our hobbies, college alma maters, dogs and our new monogram," says Katey.
