The one-of-a-kind invitations, designed by Maia’s sister-in-law, were “my favorite personalized part,” Maia says. The save-the-date magnet featured a calendar with a heart around their wedding date and the Milwaukee skyline, the RSVP card had a sketch of a 1980s cassette tape calling for song recommendations, and the ceremony card included characters of the bride, groom and wedding party.
