So he decided to make it up to her by taking her out to a romantic restaurant and showering her with presents. Or one present, wrapped in a Fendi box, to be precise. He wanted me to think it was a purse, says Mira. And though a new Fendi bag certainly would have been a welcome surprise, Mira opened the box to find something even better: a photo of Sherif on one knee in a silver picture frame engraved with the words Will you marry me? When I looked up, he was kneeling, wearing the same outfit he had on in the photo, and asking me if I would marry him, says Mira.
