Michelle and Craig met during their first year at the University of Notre Dame, and over the next two years they became close friends. Finally, junior year, they realized their affection for each other was more than friendship and began dating exclusively. He handed her a card and as she finished reading it, Craig knelt down to propose. “It was so sweet and romantic -- everyone at home knew he was going to do it, so when we got back, everyone was waiting at the door!” says Michelle. There was no question about it: A secluded mountaintop was the perfect spot for their wedding day.
