The Reception Decor
Marcy and Chris’ first dance was to Sam Cooke’s “Nothing Can Change This Love I Have for You.”
Marcy carried a bouquet composed of deep red roses, red berries, branches, mango calla lilies, vines, and garland.
Marcy and Chris' four-tiered cake was decorated with tone-on-tone fall leaves and fresh flowers.
Marcy and Chris had two types of centerpieces: tall arrangements of mango calla lilies, red roses, and curly willow surrounded by antique amber bottles, and low arrangements of mahogany-colored pillar candles surrounded by amber votives.
The escort cards were propped up with wrought-iron easels.
For their interfaith ceremony, the couple incorporated traditions from both their backgrounds (she’s Jewish, he’s Catholic) and were married beneath an untraditional huppah. The wrought-iron tree creation was decorated with deeply colored flowers highlighted by pin-spot lighting.
