“Our first meeting was in the fifth grade,” Jamie says. “I was leaning over to get a drink from the water fountain, and my eyes directly set upon his. From that moment, I had an inkling that he would be mine and I would be his. Silly, I know. But after all these years, that is what I remember with such great clarity.” Jamie moved away. Years went by, and the summer before their sophomore year of high school, Min messaged Jamie on MySpace telling her that he was moving to the area and going to her school. “We messaged back and forth, but nothing really happened until he finally asked me to be his girlfriend on May 2, 2006,” Jamie says.
