Lavish Blush Floral Wedding Cake

For their wedding cake, Erik and Wanchen didn’t hold back. Tapping the confectionary expertise of Ron Ben Israel, the couple served a blush stunner adorned with a cascade of blush fondant flowers, floral embossing and a K from the Kaiser family crest. “The cake was oversize for our wedding because we wanted more of a visual impact from the cake,” Erik says.
