Lauren and Stephen first met when she was in fifth grade and he was in eighth, but didn't start dating until years later. After five years of dating, Stephen proposed under the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center. A bystander who happen to notice what was going on grabbed Lauren's camera and quickly captured the moment. The Bride: Lauren Mollicone, 30, event and wedding planner The Groom: Stephen Ferrara, 33, teacher and golf coach The Date: October 2011 Since both Lauren and Stephen grew up in the Hudson Valley they were both fans of the seasons, but Fall especially. With her background in event and wedding planning, Lauren planned the wedding herself, with Stephen's help of course!
