And though she lived in the attic apartment and he in the basement apartment, they didn't start dating until the summer after graduation. They married outdoors beneath a huppah in a vineyard wedding.

The Reception
Adam found his bone-colored linen suit at a formalwear shop in Seattle.
Pawcatuck florists Adam's Garden of Eden created centerpieces of herbs, flowers, and candles.
Post-wedding, Laura and Adam took their dogs to the San Juan Islands in Washington State, where they rented a house on Lopez Island. After spending the weekend alone, they invited friends who couldn't make the trip to Connecticut to celebrate with them.
Laura and Adam live in Seattle, but they got married near where she grew up, in Connecticut. They said their vows under a huppah at Jonathan Edwards Winery.
