Key West, Florida, Classic Wedding Cake
Key West Cakes baked a three-tier all-white confection accented with a few simple white garden roses for the couple. It was composed of coconut, chocolate and white cake. For a fun twist, each layer was separated by either key lime mousse, raspberry filling and chocolate ganache or passion fruit filling and cream cheese filling. The couple also served three flavors of dessert shooters.
