The two met while working as entertainers at Tokyo Disneyland (he was Peter Pan and she was Wendy) but didn’t begin dating until the end of their contracts. Their feelings for each other intensified during a vacation to Cambodia and Thailand, and the two continued dating once they returned to the States.
