His fiance, Kelli Waldeland, had fallen in love with the place for their wedding and reception, but Paul pictured farm animals wandering around, according to Kelli. One visit dashed his fears. The setting is where owner Cindie Sinclair grows many of the flowers she uses in her floral design business. But the barn is now a cozy cottage, and the only farm animal is Cindie's bulldog, Kirby. Even in February, with a foot of Minnesota snow on the ground, we instantly pictured ourselves marrying at the gazebo surrounded by family and friends, says Kelli.
