THE BRIDE Katie Nida THE GROOM Dominic (DJ) Rovano THE DATE October 22 College sweethearts Katie and (DJ), both 24, didn’t have a specific color scheme in mind when they set about planning their autumn wedding. “DJ and I were more concerned with the overall ambiance for the evening,” explains Katie, a publicist for the footwear divisions of designers Cynthia Rowley and Nancy Geist. “We wanted ours to be the most romantic, intimate, and enjoyable wedding that our guests had ever been to.” The couple achieved this vibe with hundreds of candles, mounds of rose petals, and a guest list that included 150 of their closest family members and friends.
