Instead of seeing the next day's forecast on screen, up popped a picture of the couple along with the words, Katie, will you marry me? Scott then jumped in front of the camera making his words come to life with an on-air proposal! After she said yes, Scott took Kate to her favorite Japanese place to celebrate. Soon, an end-of-summer wedding with a casual but elegant vibe was in the works.
