With the help of The Knot editor in chief Carley Roney and a team of wedding industry experts, Jessika Cavin and Michael Hutchinson will marry during a lavish affair inspired by Christina Aguilera's wedding. For the ceremony, Loft Eleven in New York will be draped in old world-style lush floral arrangements, while the reception area gets transformed into a winter wonderland. The Bride Jessika Cavin, 28 The Groom Michael Hutchinson, 28 The Date March 3 Jessika and Michael may have met during their sophomore year of high school, but they didn't start dating until six years later. Although the couple says that they always knew they were meant to be, the tragedies that happened soon after they started dating were definitely unexpected. First Jessika's father became terminally ill with cancer. Then Michael's mother became severely ill, which resulted in Michael donating a kidney to save her life. These obstacles made Jessika and Michael's love for one another that much stronger, and they look forward to beginning a fresh chapter of their lives together, as husband and wife. What better way to start than with a celebrity-inspired wedding planned by The Knot?

Just like Aguilera's bridesmaids, Jessika's attendants look ultra stylish and feminine in blush-colored, chiffon gowns by Jim Hjelm Occasions. Spaghetti straps and an Empire waist detail create a sexy yet sophisticated look.
Reminiscent of Christina Aguilera's own flowers, Jessika carries a dramatic bouquet of roses in various rich red tones. The tightly bound bouquet is wrapped in white satin ribbon, which matches Jessika's gown.
Jessika and Michael's guests receive foil-wrapped Jordan almonds in honor of the bride's Italian heritage. Five almonds are tucked inside tulle pouches to signify five wishes for the bride and groom: health, wealth, happiness, fertility, and longevity.
Jessika shines in a body hugging mermaid-style gown, which features a jeweled broach and corset back. Designed by Pnina Tornai, this gown is very similar to the couture gown Christina Aguilera wore down the aisle. Taking another cue from the pop star, Jessika slips into a short and sexy number by Amy Michelson just in time for the cake cutting.
Jessika and Michael's reception area looks like a spectacular winter wonderland. Dripping icy chandeliers and lush, white centerpieces lit from below combine to create a wow-inducing scene awash in icy blue lighting.
An elaborate display complete with an organically sculpted centerpiece, candles, and winter white flowers, is home to the escort cards. Each silvery card is adorned with a crystallized branch tied with a pink ribbon for an icy, wintry detail.
Even Jessika and Michael's seating is celeb-worthy. The icy chiavari chairs feature steel metal frames and clear Lucite details, which reflect the candlelit glow and rich colors present in the room. A single daffodil is placed on each seat, which Jessika had collected from the American Cancer Society's annual fundraiser, Daffodil Days, to represent the charitable donation the couple made in honor of her late father.
Similar to Christina Aguilera's cake, Jessika and Michael's confection features hundreds of handmade sugar flowers and sugar draping. The best part? The golden yellow cake with tangerine curd filling.
Not only did Christina Aguilera have one at her wedding, the vintage photo booth is similar to what you would see at New York's own Coney Island. What a perfect way to infuse celeb-inspiration and New York City charm.

Carley and MOB, Anna Maria, steal a moment to appreciate the stunning details used to create the wintry wedding theme. Carley and her team worked firsthand with the bride, groom, and their families to make sure that the wedding was a reflection of both Christina Aguilera's wedding, and the couple's personal taste.
A scripted menu adorned with a wintry branch rests at each guest's seat. The menu takes on a Mediterranean flair and includes such delicacies as New Zealand strip steak and pan sauteed Alaskan salmon.
Jessika's golden locks are pinned back halfway to fall naturally in a cascade of romantic curls. A white-flower-and-lace-adorned veil adds the finishing touch.
Carley helps Michael with his simple, yet striking, red rose boutonniere, chosen to match Jessika's bouquet. The groom looks handsome in a three-button jacket by Tallia that features a black faille vest and long black satin tie.
A stylish New York City loft is appointed with lush flowers in rich red and gold hues, thanks to event designer David Beahm. In addition to the flowers, a candlelit glow and carefully draped golden fabric creates a romantic scene around the altar.
