When Jennifer set sail on a cruise bound for the Bahamas, little did she know that along with a tan, she'd also bring home her future husband's phone number. The weekend cruise was planned to celebrate a friend's graduation, and as it happened, Roderick was among the 20 friends on board. The two met, sparks flew, and information was exchanged. The couple realized there was a strong connection, and despite the physical distance between them, the start of a two-year relationship ensued. Roderick proposed during a surprise trip to the Florida Keys, after a walk on the beach at sunset. The couple wed a little over a year later, and held their reception at an Art Deco Ballroom in Pittsburgh.
